Most organisations can't answer three basic questions: what have we got, what condition is it in, and what breaks if a specific thing fails. An assessment answers all three with evidence.
We inventory the estate, review configurations against vendor baselines, map dependencies, and identify what's out of support. Then we prioritise — because a report that flags forty items equally is useless for deciding what to do on Monday.
It's deliberately vendor-neutral. You're free to take the findings to anyone, and several clients have.
Publishing exclusions is deliberate. Nobody in this market does it, and it's the fastest way to avoid a variation conversation later.
