What we collect when you use this website, why, and what we do not do with it. Written in plain language on purpose.

When you submit a form on this site — quote request, contact, support ticket, job application or newsletter — we collect the information you enter into it. That typically means your name, company, email address, phone number, city, and whatever you write in the message field.
We also record the page the form was submitted from, your IP address and browser user-agent. These are kept for spam prevention and to help us understand which pages generate enquiries.
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, produce a quote, or process a job application. That is the entire purpose.
Newsletter addresses are used only to send the occasional update you asked for, and each email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
We do not use your enquiry details for advertising targeting.
We do not send marketing email to people who only submitted a support ticket or a quote request.
Enquiries are visible to the Marvel Telecom sales and technical staff who need to act on them, and to the administrators of this website.
Data is stored on servers we control. Where a third-party service is used to deliver email, only what is needed to send that email is shared.
Enquiry records are retained while there is an active or prospective business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, except where we are required to retain records for tax or contractual reasons.
This site sets no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking cookies, and uses no third-party analytics service. Nothing about your visit is sent to another company.
We do count page views on our own server so we can see which pages are useful. To tell one visitor from another within a single day, we store a one-way scrambled value derived from your IP address and browser — it changes every day, cannot be turned back into your IP address, and cannot be used to link your visits across different days. Known search-engine crawlers are excluded from the counts.
Because nothing is stored on your device and no third party is involved, this site does not need a cookie consent banner.
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it.
